Ronald “Ron” Black has more than 40 years of banking industry experience. He is an organizer and founder of Bank of Oak Ridge and has served as its President and Chief Executive Officer since its opening in April 2000. He is also President and Chief Executive Officer of the parent company, Oak Ridge Financial Services, Inc. since its inception in 2006.
L. William “Bill” Vasaly III is Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Bank of Oak Ridge. With Bank of Oak Ridge since its founding in April 2000, Mr. Vasaly first served as Senior Vice President with responsibilities for commercial and retail lending. At various times he has been responsible for the retail banking & mortgage origination departments.
Thomas “Tom” Wayne is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Bank of Oak Ridge. As a member of the Bank of Oak Ridge team since its founding in 2000, Mr. Wayne directs financial and managerial accounting and reporting, regulatory reporting, asset liability management, information technology, retail banking and deposit and online banking.
