1st Annual Oak Ridge Ribbon Run 5K Run & Walk
Bank of Oak Ridge was a proud headlining sponsor of the 1st Annual Oak Ridge Ribbon Run 5K Run & Walk on August 22, 2015. The race benefited the Alight Foundation, which supports local breast cancer patients and their families, in the greater Greensboro area, by providing financial, educational and emotional assistance as they navigate through their diagnosis, treatment options and plan of care. Team members from the bank also participated in the race, as well as served as volunteers. The event raised a total of $7,000, with 100% of the proceeds going to Alight!
