Welcome to Curbside Banking! As our community navigates the current environment, we have continued to invest in safe and convenient banking. You can complete select non-cash banking tasks without ever leaving the convenience of your car. You can skip the drive-thru line and avoid scheduling an indoor appointment by utilizing Curbside Banking. 

Curbside Banking is available for personal and business clients at all Bank of Oak Ridge locations from 9am – 5pm Monday thru Friday.

How Do I Use Curbside? It’s as Easy at 1, 2, 3!

Step 1: Call Your Branch Ahead of Time

We’re available from 9am – 5pm. Tell us what you need and when you will be here. We will work to shorten your wait time by preparing everything we can before you arrive.  Click here to find your branch phone number.

Park in one of our designated Curbside Banking spaces.  Click here to get directions to your branch.

Step 3: Call and Let us Know You are Here

The branch phone and parking space number are posted on the Curbside Banking sign. Please call the phone number when you arrive. We will be out to serve you soon!

Curbside Banking is designed for non-cash transactions. Feel free to use our ITM drive-thru at any location for your cash transactions.
